One of the applications for registration in the 31st year of the International Beer Festival has been sent recently by the Belgian brewery Val de Sambre, which is based in the Walloon Region near the French borders in the southern part of the Kingdom of Belgium.

Samples of beers are entered into the competition every year by the Japanese brewery Oirase, situated in Aomori Prefecture in the northern part of the largest Japanese island Honshu.

From Sakhalin, the largest Russian island situated in the North Pacific Ocean, more specifically in its southern part, the brewery SaBEER Nagieff, which belongs to the technology park Nagieff, will come back to take part in the competition.

Another registration for participation in the 30th year of the International Beer Festival came the long way from Southeaster Asia, namely from the island of Taiwan.

The Gold Brewer's Seal and Bohemian Golden Spring Awards 2016 were awarded to the most successful producers at the final ceremony of the International Beer Festival Budweis on Saturday, February 6th 2016.
